SBI Management Services provides full service meeting planning and convention management to non-profit association clients. From small board retreats to multi-day conferences for more than 1,000 attendees, our meeting professionals have the resources and knowledge to produce events of all sizes seamlessly. Our meeting professionals manage more than 200 meetings for our clients each year including monthly educational sessions, social gatherings and golf tournaments, one-day and multi-day conference and tradeshows and other special events.

Full service meeting management includes site selection and vendor negotiation, event marketing and registration, sponsorship and exhibitor management, and onsite staffing. From beginning to end, SBI works with client volunteers to create memorable networking and educational experiences for members and guests that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
